Yoshukai Karate is a traditional hard style of Karate. It is a well-rounded style offering training in kata, self-defense, and the traditional weapons of Japan. Also offered is training in point sparring (light contact), semi-knockout sparring (hard contact, wearing pads) and Japanese Full-Contact sparring (bare feet, bare hands). Japanese Full Contact sparring allows shin kicks to the legs, but no hand contact to the face. Semi-knockout and knockout training is optional, but offered at no extra charge. The benefits of Yoshukai Karate training are both physical and mental.
